When you are cleaning your mouth, make sure that you’re brushing techniques are being done safely and effectively. To avoid dental abrasion, use soft, gentle strokes with a soft-bristled toothbrush. However, your brush will not be able to clean areas between your teeth, so you will need to seek out the use of dental floss to reach those areas.
